Mission Statement
My mission is to provide students with the necessary fundamental skills and apply them to encourage and develop healthy habits throughout life. These fundamental skill domains include, basic movement, fitness, manipulative skills, rhythm and dance, and gymnastics. My goal is for children to discover their interest within physical activity that will provide a pathway to a more physically confident and healthier lifestye. In addition, the lifeskills necessary to impact an individual throughout life include creative thinking, problem solving, social decision making, and character building.

I t almost seems that your personal mission is related to your curriculum. (I am assuming that you are a physical education teacher?) I also feel that critical thinking and problem solving are skills that you need in order to be successful in life, no matter what occupation you plan on in the future.
This sounds like you have logical and useful goals for your students. From this, I can tell you're not one of those PE teachers that just throws a ball out in the center of the gym and lets the kids run around for the period.
Life skills are uber important for students that struggle in other academic areas. To be able to exist effectively, you need to be able to think for yourself.
